This policy covers safeorbit.sa only. The Kinan app will have its own privacy policy, published before the pilot opens.

Job applications: your name, email, mobile number, city, work status in Saudi Arabia, current situation, notice period, your answers, your CV or link, and any optional answers you give (such as expected package). Emails you send us: your address and what you write. We do not collect anything else, and we do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
4. Why we use it, and on what basis
Notify-me: to tell you when Kinan opens. Basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time. Applications: to assess your application and contact you. Basis: your consent, given when you tick the box. Emails: to reply to you.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and email. They may process it only for us and on our instructions.
7. How long we keep it
Notify-me emails: until Kinan launches or you unsubscribe, whichever is first. Applications: [12] months after the role is filled or closed, then deleted. Emails: [12] months.
8. Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
